surely one of the best-looking and sounding 250 two-stroke twins ever made. Imported to the UK in 1992. I bought the bike in 1998 from Bacons Motorcycles in Ilford but haven`t used it since 2001; odometer shows 16,554 kms/10,286 miles. It has been carefully garaged, regularly turned over and was recently prepared for MOT by Bacons who found no significant faults; work undertaken included stripping down and cleaning carburettors and power valves. MOT certificate expires 12 April 2013. It has a brand new battery, starts on the first kick, is running sweetly, starts on the first kick and sounds fantastic. Generally in fair condition, some scuffs here and there, and needs only cosmetic restoration to produce a real gem. Minor faults I am aware of; instrument lights and temperature gauge not working; discolouration of wing-mirror cases; small crack in windscreen by mirror mounting point.
