it is in need of some tlc as the photo`s show.Below I have listed all the faults that I know of, but as stated this bike is being sold for spares or repair and so it is sold as seen.faults -front fairing missing inc light.dent in tank.rad is damaged but holds pressure.original paint is faded.original cans scratched.seat faded and split.general rust as it has lived outside all its life.Good points -excellent engine and box, low mileage 6,800. ( parallel twin ).straight frame and forks.wheels and tyres are good.electrics all worked when last started.brakes good.swinging arm and shock good.art cans in good condition.indicators mirrors etc all good (check out the photos ).Mainly cosmetic damage from a spill that I had a while ago,was riding the bike after the spill as I fitted a small nose fairing with lights to keep it legal.comes with V5.well worth restoring or strip it as the trx 850`s make an excellent sunday track bike if you upgrade the suspension front and rear.really strong torquey engine only just run in .check out my feedback and bid with the confidence that you are buying from a dying breed of honest ebayers.only bid if you have the intention of paying the full price that won you the bike . To give you an idea of the modifications I would say that if KTM had built a Super Duke in 1997 then this is what it would have been like. | I`m not going to prattle on about the bike, below is build sheet that says it all really. three months ago,done about 500 miles since then as i dont do any wet weather riding. | the bike has covered just under 21000 klms,this will not increase as my insurance has expired(the only way i can make myself sell it!) | same old story,six months old baby,wife who doesnt like me going out on bike at weekends... | my bike starts/rides and runs perfectly. | no smoke on startup. | no cutting out half way through the day. | very quiet compared to my previous trx`s | not many signs of wear at all for a 1995 bike,although i have shown couple of stone chips on the front of the bike. | tested until 31st august 2012 | taxed until 30 september 2012 | the tyres are "avon azzaro" as new on edges about 3mm in the middle (touring tyres). | the "scorpion" cans are a massive improvement on the standard cans,they have a nice throaty note (not too loud) but also have removable baffles, if you like a bit more noise. | i would say these bikes are an aquired taste,if your used to a four cylinder sports bike,your probably not going to like a twins performance immediatley. | with that in mind please dont buy if your not 100% sure of what it is your buying. | no test rides without proof of fully comp insurance and the full amount of cash. | there are a few "average" condition trx 850`s for sale on ebay,i suggest you buy one of them instead of o X | £1900.00 | |||||||

lovely bike so its being sold with mot. Its been looked after and serviced, discs, oil, filters, just cleaned carbs, new plugs, and fuel tap seals. Theres a few marks on rims from fitting tyres and normal wear but, the bike is in good condition with no known faults. Its great to ride and will hold its own with bigger bikes round minor roads. Its done 27km don`t know why its in km as its been reg uk 1997 These tune well with fitting some better breathing exhausts which I was going to do when I first got it so already been ported, new rings, a pair of air filters and jetting ready for cans. £1500 with best offer. cash on collection. £100 despit paypal any question. viewing welcome please email.
