to it only needs a front trye and a number plate light for its mot its got some marks on it but nothing serous it still looks good and goes well to its never broke down in 2 years ive had it its full 33bhp but it can be put back to standard buy just plugging the power valve servo back in. last year it had fork oil seals done it had new piston and rings a 7000 miles its got vapour digital speedo plus the standard 1 works to all the fairing bolts have been changed for allan headed stainless steel bolts and there all the same size 5 mm ones which makes it easier to clean and strip down ive put a dep rear silencer on took the snorkle of the air box makes sound like a proper crosser and it goes like 1 too. if you got anything else you want to just ring 07792586525 paul good luck X | £820.34  | |||||||

not used it much. I put a new Michalin Trials Competion Tyre on the back last year and have used it for 2 hours since! (cost me about £80 I think). The bike starts very well and has a crisp note to the engine. The gear box and clutch are spot on. I put new fork seals in a few years ago along with piston rings, gudgin pin and little end bearing. These TY monos are now getting collectable. Yamaha. It`s rare to see one this old but in exceptional condition. I fell in love with this bike in a garage where I was having my car serviced… I`d wanted one since my teens but only ever had a fizzy… I put a deposit on it there and then. My brother who is a bike enthusiast collected it the next day and rode it home for me. I booked my CBT twice but had to cancel on both occasions!! Since I bought it in 2007 it has done about 30 miles and has only been ridden a handful of times up the private farm road and back.! It always starts. It passed its MOT with flying colours this week. The whole bike has been stripped back and fully restored . looks amazing considering its almost 30 years old. This is something that will probably go back up in value as the years go on. The frame number has been left exposed so the owner can mot and register the bike as road legal. Its not currently road legal but only needs lights and indicator/speedo kit and the bike already has the plugs ready for them to be fitted. A bike like this registered on a B reg plate is worth between £1800 and £2500 as its classed as a classic. switch and new bulbs all round. The wheels are in great condition nearly new looking, as are the tyres. The bike is taxed and tested. I was going to use it myself this winter but i now need a major op on my foot and will be off road foad for 6 months. I have ridden it a bit about 20 miles in total, all the gears are there and the clutch if fine. It has a bit of piston slap which is not uncommon on these bikes. I was going to fit a new piston ( about £30) if i kept it. It has a couple of marks on the tank no dents. It would make a great green laner.
