The bike is all there and has not been messed about with as far as I can see , The bike is in good condition with the exception of the Tank paintwork which whilst it looks good from 4 feet away has suffered micro blistering tiny pin head sized blisters which happens when poor quality primer is used normally .The frame has been powder coated to a high standard of finish at some time, the wheels and tires are good the engine has great power and wheelies in the first 3 gears.It also starts first kick, Exhausts are in good condition but some imperfections in the chrome are present . The bike is in immaculate condition and has a couple of nice bits fitted to set it off from the rest of the crowd... The only reason I stopped riding it and bought another one is because the rear brake calliper broke and I couldn`t source another.I don`t know much about bikes, but will try and answer any questions best I can, it has ohlins suspension and brand new tyres, bodywork not too bad for its age, but there is a small dink in the tank, also the left handlebar is about half inch short as it had to be sawn off (can`t remember why though!). The exhaust has a few scratches from where I got knocked off it (by another biker!).It`s got 12,800 on the clock. In all, a very genuine bike, which just needs a bit of a sort out. into London but have decided to stay with the car. It`s in great condition and has pretty low mileage for age. When I bought the scooter I carried out a mycarcheck.com check which came back fine, this will come with the scooter. The scooter was serviced at my local Faversham Yamaha in June and has only been ridden just over a 1000 miles since. I also had a new rear tyre fitted then so there is still loads of wear, the front tyre is also in good nick. Both are Bridgestone Hoops which are one of the best scooter tyres on the market. All other paper work and service book present with mot until March and Tax until Feb. The scooter is in great condition with a few stone chips but nothing horrendous. The Majesty is great through traffic and has enough power to keep you out of trouble on the motorway. The storage under the seat is amazing which can accommodate two full face helmets. Extras. Year: 1981 Frame Number: 4Y3 - 100698 Engine Number: 4Y3 - 100698 Mileage: 33,649 Cosmetic Overall cosmetic condition is very good the paint on the tank, side panels and tailpiece is good with no dents on the tank and it is clean inside. The right hand side panel has a small crack as many do, the front mudguard has a very small scrape on the front as can be seen in the pictures but is unmolested and undamaged. The decals have been replaced the job has not been done well, these are not lacquered over. As the photographs show, the frame and swinging arm paint is good, the wheels are in very good condition and the exhausts are also in good shape with only minor marks. Mechanical The engine starts easily settles to an even tickover and revs cleanly, the clutch works as it should and all gears select smoothly. There are no identified mechanical issues with this machine. Unlike many of these machines the bike comes with its original airbox intact. Chassis There is no play or issues with the headstock, swing arm and wheel bearings. The front and rear brakes work well, aided by the braided hoses fitted. The rear tyre could do with replacing. and taxed until the end of June so it is ready to be ridden away. The bike is showing 28500Kms on the clock which works out to be about 17700 miles, so very low for the year. The bike was imported in 2001 by Hunters in Newcastle (I think). I bought the bike at the end of last summer to get back into biking and have enjoyed riding it but I am now going to buy a supermoto or enduro. The bike was serviced in August by the previous owner who was friends with a local bike shop owner which is where I picked it up form. All fluid levels are correct and I have just cleaned the air filter which was looking pretty much new. I have also just cleaned and lubed up the chain after winter storage so it really can be ridden away. I had the battery (which looks newish) off the bike over winter but have regularly started it and let the engine warm up. I have also just spent the last couple of weekends tidying up the electrics and have fitted a new, off the shelf regulator. The battery is now reconnected and is being charged with a trickle charger for the new owner. The bike is pretty much standard except for USD forks and I believe is running on 17inch wheels rather than standard 18inch. There are a few very minor scuffs on the plastics as always but I would like to stress as to how minor they really are (simply from general wear and tear). The tyres are BRAND NEW costing £210.
